
Ando Ryosuke
Ryosuke Ando (b. 1980, Aichi Prefecture) is a renowned Japanese ceramic artist celebrated for his innovative designs and mastery of the mould casting technique. A graduate of Aichi University of the Arts and Seto Ceramics High School, Ando has received numerous accolades, including the Choza Gold Prize and recognition at the International Ceramics Competition Mino. His works, characterised by elegant forms and natural textures, embody a seamless blend of tradition and modernity, earning him a prominent place in contemporary ceramics.
