Building on our signature dining experiences, Waka Artisans is curating an entirely distinct evening for our upcoming collaboration with Trattoria Queen Hollywood on Friday, 2nd October.
The evening centres on a raw, elemental narrative—grounded entirely in the self-sufficient lifestyle and wood-fired ceramics of Daisuke Nagano. Guests will begin at the gallery for an intimate preview before going up the street for a bespoke menu by visiting Osaka Chef Takuma Katahira, where every single dish interacts directly with Nagano's unrepeatable kiln-born textures.
